Éclair FC was founded on July 21, 2013 in Cazale, Haiti by Jean A. Dorcelien. The founder created the first Éclair statutes, establishing the procedures of the club to make it fair and luminous to all members setting the foundation for all future plans.

Éclair FC is a non-profit organization believes in creating hope for generations to come and promotes it through sports, education, and leadership.

 

We use our values to build up effective leaders, great places, and great communities. we also want to ensure that our environment encourages and supports direct communication and interaction between our team members and to everyone involved. We encourage an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, and a win-win approach.

 

Our neighbors and visitors are our customers and guests. Without them — and without you — we would not be in business. All visitors/guests, family members, and others associates who walk through our community are important and should be treated with dignity, honor, and respect. Our service goal is to provide excellent treatment and service to members, clients, guests, supporters and others. By supporting this goal, participants are expected to meet and (we hope) exceed expectation.
